EAA’s AirVenture 2018 is nearly here, and we’re looking forward to celebrating all things aviation at this year’s massive gathering in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. But with so much to see and do, it can be difficult to narrow your options. That’s why we’re sharing some of our favorite events and activities to enjoy at EAA AirVenture 2018. Today, we’re highlighting the air show performances that you won’t want to miss.

Only at AirVenture can you see some of the world’s greatest air show performers all in one place. This year’s event features spectacular air shows each day, with additional nighttime air shows on Wednesday, July 25 and Saturday, July 28. A wide variety of aircraft will take to the skies at the daily airshows, including the latest innovations as well as rare or historic aircraft. Special showcases this year will include various World War I aircraft, big iron warbirds, early jets, and rare British aircraft flying to commemorate the Royal Air Force’s 100th anniversary.

You can also see several props by Hartzell Propeller in action, since Hartzell’s high-performing props are standard equipment on leading aerobatic aircraft. The Hartzell Propeller lineup includes aviation superstars Sean D. Tucker, Michael Goulian, Matt Chapman, and Bill Stein, who will perform precision aerobatics during the afternoon air shows, with Redline Airshows performing in some nighttime airshows.

Several performers will be holding autograph sessions at Hartzell Propeller’s exhibit (Booth 296-297 in the Main Aircraft Display Area, next to the EAA AirVenture Welcome Center). Stop by to receive an autograph from some of aviation’s top performers and get a closer look at their aircraft on display. Here’s the schedule for autograph sessions:

Tuesday 10 am – Ken Rieder & Jon Thocker, Redline Airshows

Wednesday 10 am – Sean D. Tucker, Team Oracle

Thursday 10 am – Michael Goulian – Goulian Aerosports

Friday 10 am – Ken Rieder & Jon Thocker, Redline Airshows
