Hartzell Propeller offers 3 weeks vacation to all employees upon their date of hire. In addition to vacation, Hartzell offers all employees 10 paid holidays each year.
Our employees are auto enrolled in our 401(k) plan at 5%, and we match up to 2.25% of employee contributions. Employees also receive a 3% quarterly contribution.

The CNC Machinist is responsible to operate one or more machine tools or special purpose machines to machine metal parts to required specifications in a state of the art manufacturing facility.
Hartzell Propeller seeks to fill multiple openings in our manufacturing facility. The responsibilities of these roles are varied and present the opportunity to provide essential support to our manufacturing operations.
This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T, have proficiency with hand-held gauges, optical comparator and CMM. Ability to work with machinist to interpret process data.
This position supervises Hartzell’s Aircraft Applications/Aerodynamic Engineering Group, working closely with sales and design engineering teams as well as external customers to specify the integration of propellers to aircraft.
