Another AirVenture is in the books, and what an epic week it was! We’re looking back on some of the top highlights from the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration:

Daily Education Forums

Experts from Hartzell Propeller, WhirlWind Propellers, Hartzell Preheat, and our fellow Signia Aerospace companies hosted a full week of free educational forums with helpful information for pilots and aircraft owners. Attendees learned about propeller-specific topics including Hartzell’s carbon fiber engineering, selecting a propeller for homebuilt aircraft, and propeller care and maintenance. Additional sessions focused on key areas such as aircraft preheat solutions, engine accessories, wheels and brakes, and supplemental oxygen.

No AirVenture would be complete without daily airshows. Hartzell Propeller and WhirlWind Propellers were proud to sponsor aviation superstars including:

Hartzell Propeller is also a proud sponsor of the Saturday Night Airshow, which featured dazzling aerobatic performances, fireworks, and a drone show that formed a giant rotating Hartzell prop in the night sky!

Props & Hops Celebration

Our annual Props & Hops event brings together aviation industry leaders and friends in flight from across the globe for an evening of food, drinks, and great company. Hosted by Hartzell Propeller, RTX, Hartzell Aviation, Cleveland Wheel & Brake Systems, Precise Flight, and ACE Thermal Systems, the event is always a highlight to kick off AirVenture week.

Hartzell Merch Takes Off

Another big highlight of AirVenture 2026 was our exclusive Prop Shop Merch Store, featuring an array of apparel and accessories made with Hartzell fans in mind.

We also gave out free prop socks to visitors who completed a fun activity at our booth, along with daily sticker drops featuring our most popular carbon-fiber aircraft propellers. One lucky winner even went home with a premium Bose A30 headset, thanks to our friends at Bose Aviation!

Announcing the Navigator Propeller Expansion

At a press conference on Tuesday, July 22, Hartzell Propeller President JJ Frigge shared the exciting news that the three-blade carbon fiber Navigator propeller is now STC-approved for thousands of additional Beechcraft Bonanzas, including most Bonanza A36, G36, and A36TC models. With the latest in carbon fiber performance, ramp appeal, and proven Hartzell engineering quality and support, the next upgrade for Bonanza owners is clear.

Boeing & Hartzell Preheat Sign Global Distribution Agreement

Boeing and Hartzell Preheat have signed a new global distribution agreement, adding more than 300 parts to Boeing Distribution’s comprehensive portfolio. The agreement brings Hartzell preheat and preconditioning systems for piston engines, turbine engines, and rotorcraft into Boeing’s global supply chain. The added parts give operators and maintenance teams more access to cold-weather protection that can reduce engine wear and help aircraft stay ready for flight.
