PIQUA, Ohio — March 22, 1996 — Hartzell Propeller Inc. announces the promotion of James W. Brown III to vice president of parts and service. A 1986 graduate of Georgetown University and a 1991 graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School, his most recent position was Director of Hartzell’s Service Center.
