Hartzell Propeller offers 3 weeks vacation to all employees upon their date of hire. In addition to vacation, Hartzell offers all employees 10 paid holidays each year.
Our employees are auto enrolled in our 401(k) plan at 6%, and we match 50% of the first 6% of employee contributions. Employees also receive a 3% quarterly contribution.
Hartzell offers all of our employees medical, dental, and vision plans that start on the first day of hire. With these benefits, we offer wellness incentives for every employee.

The CNC Machinist is responsible to operate one or more machine tools or special purpose machines to machine metal parts to required specifications in a state of the art manufacturing facility.
