Not only do Tanis multi-point heating systems reduce run-up time and save wear and tear on the engine, but they are engineered to keep the engine case and cylinder heads warmer than the oil itself. Both product lines are available across a wide variety of 4 and 6-cylinder Lycoming, Continental and Rotax engines. Tanis offers STCs for most systems, whereas Reiff systems are only available under PMA. Tanis preheat systems are also available for helicopter and turboprop applications.
