At Hartzell Propeller, we’re passionate about pilot proficiency, which is critical to the ongoing safety and success of general aviation. Just as professional pilots train regularly to maintain and continue building their skills, so can GA recreational pilots, especially with the innovative flight training technology available today.
This is why we’re proud to promote and participate in education and training opportunities like Redbird Migration.
Hosted by Redbird Flight Simulations, Migration is the leading conference for flight training professionals, focused on providing proactive solutions to the real-world problems facing flight training organizations, flight instructors, and their clients. The conference is free to attend and will feature keynote presentations from industry leaders as well as small group breakout sessions tailored to meet the goals of participants.
Offered in both an in-person and virtual format on April 11-12, 2023, Migration is a can’t-miss event designed to inspire and equip attendees to take their flight training business to the next level.
Joe Brown, Chairman of Hartzell Propeller, will be among the Main Session speakers at Migration 2023, discussing relevant challenges and solutions for today’s flight training industry based on his deep industry knowledge and love for aviation.
In addition to his leadership role at Hartzell Propeller, Joe serves as COO of Hartzell Aviation. Joe specializes in defining and implementing operational strategies that promote product and manufacturing innovation, business growth, and improved operating metrics.
As an instrument-rated pilot who flies about 300 hours per year for work and recreation, Joe is personally invested in advocating for proficiency and furthering the future of the General Aviation industry. He is a member of AOPA, EAA, and IMC Club, while serving on the boards of EAA, IMC Club, and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA).
Joe loves flying, and he cares deeply about building a culture of proficiency for the benefit of pilots and the industry as a whole. As he once wrote, “If pilots don’t fly airplanes and they don’t fly them well, we don’t have a GA industry.”
